To make a Kiwi Quencher Tropical Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup peeled and sliced kiwi
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt is fine)
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk, skim milk, low-fat milk, or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen strawberries or less milk.
